• Identify the relevant service, marketplace, seller account, or application context.
• Do not include passwords, payment details, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Wise Venture verifies requests before disclosing, changing, or deleting records. Verification may include confirming control of the email address used in a prior interaction, matching seller or platform details, or requesting limited information needed to protect privacy and security.

Wise Venture will respond within a reasonable period and will explain if a request cannot be completed because the company does not control the data, cannot verify the requester, must preserve records for legal or security reasons, or needs a platform-directed process.

For company-operated marketplace integrations, Wise Venture removes authorization data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
